I took the October 3rd SAT and selected my four free score reports on September 11th. I hit “send all scores”
However, today I checked to see if my scores had been sent and only my literature test and my SAT I scores were sent, not my Bio M score, which is coincidentally my highest score. I sent an email to CollegeBoard asking about what had happened, but I paid to send my Bio M scores to the schools I have already applied to that have rolling admissions because I want my Bio M scores to be included in my admissions decisions(which I should hear in a few weeks.)
Is there anything further I can do? I don’t understand why when I ticked “Send All Scores” not all of my scores were sent.
Check your email for the confirmation you should have gotten back in September that explains what scores you asked them to send to what schools. Assuming that is correct you can then call them to ask that it be corrected. Good luck!
I found the confirmation email. I requested that all scores be sent and that is reflected in the confirmation email. Shoudl I ask for a refund of the $36.75 I paid to send my Bio M scores to the schools I have already applied to?
I experienced the exact same thing, OP! Even my subject tests are the same as yours! We’re basically the same person…
I had selected four schools for my free reports on October 7th, received confirmation email. When I check send score history- BAM. No Bio M, only Literature.
I had just sent CB an email explaining the situation, included my confirmation email and screenshots of send score history. No calling since I don’t live in the US. Let’s hope CB replies to me tomorrow…
I experienced the exact same thing! I even made a post about it yesterday. Except I took Biology E. I called collegeboard and they told me they couldn’t do anything except resend my score at the cost of $11.25 or $43.25 for rushed which I will need to use to meet my early decision deadline . I am so infuriated!
My Bio M score has literally been left out of the score reports that were sent, I’m pretty sure only Bio M/E scores have been missing from everyone’s score reports who took the test.
CollegeBoard really needs to get its shit together, like I don’t need all this extra stress of missing test scores and test scores not being sent on time.
Yeah, I think I’m going to have to resend my Bio M score -_- this really sucks tbh
I don’t really have the $36.75 just laying around either, what with application fees and class dues. I’m upset because if I hadn’t checked my score reports, I wouldn’t have even known that my Biology M, which is my best score, was never sent- and that would be kind of a big deal for the honors program at my instate public school. This is all very frustrating.
Update!
Received email from CollegeBoard.
“Processing of SAT® score report orders placed on or after Oct. 14 is taking longer than expected, and your score reports are among a set that have not yet been sent to colleges. This communication is most relevant for students who are using scores to meet immediate deadlines. We are working diligently to deliver all SAT score reports to colleges as soon as possible in order to meet college application deadlines. We will keep you updated on our progress.
In the meantime, we are reaching out to colleges with deadlines of Nov. 1 to make them aware of the circumstances and are encouraging them to be flexible should scores arrive late.
For colleges that allow self-reporting on their applications, you can view your scores online and provide them on the application.
We recognize the importance of timely score delivery and apologize for the inconvenience.”
Ugh this is more of an inconvenience. Does this mean I shouldn’t resend scores? What are you guys going to do?
Edit: I just discovered they forgot to send my Chemistry score to one school as well!!! What the heck CB!!!
I don’t think that my bio m score was affected by that because I ordered score reports on September 11th.
@rumorsareflying
I actually ordered my score reports on October 7th. Now I’m not sure if my batch was affected, but I’m certainly not sending scores for an extra 30 dollars. This is CB’s mistake, not mine.
Well, if CB is going to notify my ED/EA schools, that’s fine with me. I’m going to send my schools emails as well to explain this ****** situation.
I EXPERIENCED THE EXACT SAME THING! My October scores and my 2 subject test scores (Math 2 and Physics) are not included!!! I’m so mad right now… Can someone post an update on this problem?
That happened to me too! I’ve heard it happened to some other people (specifically for Bio M). CB sent all of my scores on the 28th (excluding bio) then sent my bio score on Nov 3. I don’t know why this happened. Of course I called CB everyday and it’s like customer service so they don’t know anything and can only tell you that you’ll have to pay for them again. So I’d say just wait if you really don’t wanna pay for them again. Some other people to whom this happened said theirs sent within 2-3 days of all the other scores sending. Mine was 6.
If anyone needs updates:
The scores have been sent, but not before I wasted 30 dollars on extra score reports. So now three of my schools have two copies of my biology scores… Welp, as long as the schools aren’t annoyed at me for sending extra scores, I’m fine. But still, thirty dollars…!
You should contact CB about getting those $ back since it was their error.
@Erin’s Dad: Sent them an email around a week ago. Still awaiting responses. Not getting my hopes up
But still, they did reply to an earlier email after about two weeks! So perhaps there is a chance?
