The bit at the end is interesting. It’s the first time (to my knowledge) that the CB has admitted its recycling program is a problem, and while Coleman doesn’t say they’ll cease test recycling, he does say it’s something to aim for and that the CB will recycle less frequently.
I’ll believe it when I see it, of course, but it’s a good sign.
