Is it generally better to take a college credit or an AP?
I want to go to Ivy League school, so i know that most college credit doesn't count, but i would rather take that than hav to take the AP test, and hav a chance of not doing well. I also read somehwere that it is better to take college courses, b/c it is "higher" than APs.

check with the colleges u wanna apply to to see if the college class u wanna take will transfer to that college. otherwise, it would be safe to take the AP

Yes, it is all dependent upon what schools you want to go to, as to whether or not the courses will transfer. You said that you want to go an Ivy League school, but most won't accept transfer credits, I would imagine. Currently, I am taking college courses in my state's system and practically all of my hours will transfer to any public school in the state and to most of our smaller private schools. In fact, I will be going into college with around 33-36 hours of credit. If you want to go to an Ivy League school; however, stick with AP as they will know what to expect out of an AP course as it is standardized. The Ivy League schools won't know if your 98% in Statistical Analysis 150 equals that same score as a "5" on the AP Statistics exam. I have no intention of even applying to an Ivy League school, thus I have chosen to take many college courses right now because they are free. I am taking AP courses, but only AP courses that are offered in a real classroom, despite the fact that my state offers some 20+ AP courses online.
