College Credit vs. AP Credit at Duke?

I'm a Junior in high school and I am taking college classes along with High school classes with this program called Running Start. I am also taking and will be taking an AP classes at the high school, but I was wondering if Duke had preference over College Classes and AP Classes.

I'm sure questions like this come on these forums all the time, so thank you for looking at mine. (:

Duke definitely prefers AP over PMC (Pre-matriculation Credits) which would be what regular college classes taken in high school would be. PMCs must pass a more rigorous standard by both the Registrar and the Department before the credit can be counted.
