<p>Hey guys. i have a question about my common app essay topic. I have several topics. One is about volunteering at a hospital, the other is about my immigration to US, and the third is about my stray dogs. I gave it a lot of thought and think that my main essay should be about my stray dogs and how I cared for them as a child and built shelters for them. I want to write about them because I think that volunteering and immigration story are very common, although people have different stories. I think writing about my stray dogs shows my level of responsibility, because I cared for them since I was 5 years old. I don't want to go on and talk about it too much. I just need some opinion and advice. Although the essay is for all the colleges I'm applying to, I'm writing this in Harvard section because Harvard is most important for me. P.S. I wrote about my immigration as a supplement essay to Harvard and my English teacher loved it, so I think it's a good one. Thanks</p>
