My sister changed her college meal plan to a lower one and they charged her $3000 and it bumped her tuition up to $9093. Is it normal for them to charge people $3000 for changer her meal plan to one that costs less than the one before?
Your sister needs to contact her college and ask about this.

Sounds like they added the new plan without cancelling the old one. She’ll have to get it straightened out.
