Has anybody heard yet?

Hey I haven't heard yet, but I got accepted to UCSB.

I'm eagerly awaiting.

kassos,
What major does it say you are accepted to on your UCSB admission letter? Was CCS your first choice?

It said CCS as first choice, correct.

I would say that means you are in, then. It says on my acceptance that they cannot accommodate my first choice, so I have been admitted me to my second choice, the College of Letters and Sciences. I think that must mean that I am rejected by CCS. CCS was not my first college choice overall, but my only choice at UCSB (that I would consider ), so I guess it is not meant for me afterall.

Congratulations to you!!

I know for sure I'm in for CCS, but still haven't heard from UCSB.
I'm so scared that I might not be admitted to UCSB since CCS and UCSB are separate thing.

Hey vampire,
When/how did you hear from CCS?

You can access your UCSB decision online if you want!

Good luck, and congratulations on CCS!

Hi lurkin'girl,

well, i applied to ccs late, so i don't have a perm # or anything like that.
i heard from ccs by e-mail. i also called ucsb today, and they told me for some reason, my application haven't been sent from the processing center.

Congrats again vampire,
When did you receive the email from CCS? I have heard nothing either way, and I applied back in January.

haha i simply asked. lol

i applied ccs and ucsb at the same time, so actually i was late only for ucsb.
how selective is the ccs by the way?

I got an official letter yesterday. (Maybe the day before, I couldn't go check it for some reason.) It has some info on Summer Orientation, and it also includes a CD-ROM titled "The Best of Both Worlds," which is the same one found on their Website.
