College of Staten Island!

Hi GUYS! So I was wondering, Im a current high school senior right now, and I am applying to CSI. So I saw alot of people saying its easy to get in. I was wondering, I have a 3.0 GPA (86.4) I have taken honors american history Honor English (junior) and now taking Senior AP English and Honors Economics, college cred Pre Cal and College Cred Italian. My SAT's are pretty low, which is Math 510, Reading 350 and Writing 380. My ACT's composite is 19 which is Math 25, Science 19, Writing 18, English 13 and Essay is a 10/12. and my regents are all from the 75-86. I know my score is low because my parents cant afford it. But i was wondering, will I have a high chance of getting into this school :/ And also the SEEK program, should i do it? Because my mom is the only one working while my dad is doing dialysis. Is it worth signing up for the SEEK program just to get into CSI and for the tuition?
And i also want to peruse my teaching career (High School Math Teacher) (4 year college and a master degree :3)
I've also tutored kids in math in school and outside of school including family (cousins)
And i also live near the school which is why I want to go to this college.

Please reply me as fast as possible. No mean comments please.
