college prep (please) help

Hello-

So I need some help! Here is what’s up.

I am 23 years old and I am waiting until fall 2011 to get back into schooling, as according to FASFA I am still considered a “student dependent,” I need to find a college and get accepted before the middle of next January, as I will be out of the states for about 7 months. I will be applying for FASFA, January 1st and then going from there. I have gone to two different community colleges, and have taken some classes. I can get my transcripts. But I am at a loss of what to do from there.

I don’t know what I wanna be when I go up

I want to go to school out east somewhere ( I live in Oregon)

I have no idea about what I scored on my SAT’s (that was 5 years ago)

I am completely lost and could really use some help! Thanks

Even if you are an independent student how will you pay OOS rates for school? It’s not advisable to finance your education with too many loans.

If you want to go to school in the east you should probably move there now to establish residency.

Do you like large or small schools? A real sports school? Urban/Rural?
