How old are you?
18 (turn 19 later this month)

What college do you attend?
Well, I'm transferring into WUSTL for the fall, but my answers are based on Case Western Reserve University, where I spent my freshman year.

Do you sometimes have trouble concentrating on what youre doing at the moment?
I suppose that like everybody, I have that problem. It manifests itself most clearly when I have to cram for an exam in a class that I dislike, and whose material I deem irrelevant to me intellectually. So, for example, in my upper level bio course, I ended up putting off final exam review until 2-3 hours before the test.

Do you sometimes have trouble sleeping?
Sometimes, though this is most often a consequence of temperature (my dorm was hot as hell) and noise (some of my neighbors blasted music until sunrise).

How often do you study?
Mostly just before a test/exam. I'll do some reading during the course, but put most of it off until the end, at which time I try and limit my focus on what I expect to have the most weight.

Do you more than often not get the grades that you are hoping for?
Well, I finished my freshman year with a 4.0, taking a fair number of upper level courses. So I've got nothing to complain about.

When to comes to dating, are you sometimes worried about meeting someone and having a relationship with them?
I don't worry about it much. Truth be told, I have a sort of laissez fair attitude towards it, due mostly to the extremely limited supply of women fit to date.

Have you ever been in a situation that compromised your sexual well being? (i.e.-any form of sexual harassment, etc.)
No. Of course, I'm a male, so my standards are probably quite different than a female respondant's.

Are you good at maintaining relationships with your friends?
Certainly. And the good ones I hung out with daily. Of course, I found that I had many more acquaintances than true friends.

Do you drink alcohol? If so, how often do you drink?
Yes, but not often. There were a few nights of heavy drinking, often centered around specific events (repeal day, post-protest celebration, Purim, ect). Mostly though, I often went many weeks without drinking, and when I did drink, it was one or two beers over the course of a couple of hours.

Pertaining to Spring Breakwhen that time of the year comes along, are you stressed about it?
Not really. Finals were much more stressful, as I saw Spring Break as a chance to figure out where I stood, and how much work would be needed to keep an A, nothing more.

Have you ever has suicidal thoughts?
Definitely not.

Have you ever known someone who has had suicidal thoughts?
A few people sure, including my best friend.

If you had to, would you seek out professional help?
If I needed to, sure. But thus far, no valid reason has emerged.

Have you ever been diagnosed with a mental health problem?
No.

Are you currently taking medication for a mental health problem?
No.

When you hear the word family, what are the first thoughts that come to mind?
Social construct.

When it comes to financial problems, how do you handle them?
I don't have them per say. My parents cover tuition and fees. And I tend to very heavily limit my personal spending, so that money is never a serious issue. I suppose if an emergency arose, I would get parental input, and try to find a solution.

Overall, on a scale from 1-10 (1 being not at all stressed, 10 being highly stressed), how stressed out do you feel?
Generally, during the year, I'd have said a 1. During heavy work times (2-4 times a semester), I'd say a 9 or 10, depending on where I stood in my classes.
