Hey. I was wondering what college has the highest concentration of extremely rich kids and is also very easy to get into. I mean private school mess ups have to go somewhere right? This is just a random question btw, im just curious and this is not for myself.

note: assume the person has a ~3.0 GPA, ~1350 SAT score (for the old one), and decent extra curricular involvement from a very difficult nyc private school

Yes lets assume this person would have no problem paying the full tuition. But lets also assume that this person would not fit into a southern, all white university like that because he/she is from manhattan and not southern and white. What would you suggest then? Thanks.

not really that many "rich" kids i consider rich like fam incomes of 250,000+ but ohio university is an amazing school.... u could also consider univ of dayton great school and the ppl there are pretty amazing.....

Plus at either one of these schools you can party the night away.... every night

I'm not so sure this person could get into Vandy, but maybe since he/she would be paying the full price tag. It's funny how little I know about the school, and its about 15 - 20 minutes away from where I sit right now. Heh.

And terry, isn't Dayton (the one in Ohio) a Christian college? I'm probably very off, but I seem to remember my cousin attending several years ago.

yea its a catholic school but believe me there is nothing religious about it and i do mean nothing.. its rated top 20 party school on many lists

NYU... (Surprised nobody said this) Infamous for the low financial packets, already in the NY state, and I think the SAT's are okay. Maybe the EC's could push up the low-ish GPA. Or Gallatin's available. :)

SMU and Vandy are not all that different atmosphere wise - Vandy is definitely more selective, and somewhat more diverse because of that fact, but not THAT much different - someone who would consider Vandy, should consider SMU.

Ohio Wesleyan, Denison, Lake Forest and Rollins were the places that kids like that went when I was college age.....(when the dinosaurs roamed)......not sure now.....Fairfield U?
