College with strong I.R. and art programs?

Hello, I’m debating between a lot of different schools and don’t know where to apply.

I’m readily interested in the arts, but have a strong passion for International Relations.

I’ve looked at Brown University, since they have a program in I.R. and have the Rhode Island School of Design next door. I’ve also considered Georgetown University and other strong poli-sci schools, but none offer strong art programs.

Do any of you know schools that offer strong majors in both, but that it would be possible to double major or minor in the other?

IR will often be found as a track within government departments, or in some cases will be fully interdisciplinary and known as international studies. For a good combination of IR and visual arts programs, look into American, Dartmouth, Wesleyan, Connecticut College, Hamilton, Mt. Holyoke/Smith, Kenyon, Claremont McKenna/Scripps, Lewis & Clark. Brown/RISD would indeed be good.

Also look into Tufts/SMFA.
