I want to apply to Duke University, I’m going to be a junior but I’m not sure if I meet the requirements. A lot of people take many AP classes, but I’m doing a program called SAS that only allows me to take 7 AP classes in total and they give me 12 college classes
Freshman year: just honor and gifted classes

Sophomore: 3 AP classes
AP Spanish, AP English and AP psychology

Junior: just one AP
AP US and 6 college classes

Senior: 3 APs
AP macroeconomics, AP us government, and AP literature and the 6 college classes.

I don’t know if my curriculum is strong enough to apply, I still haven’t a taken the SAT or ACT
But my current GPA is 3.96

Curriculum should be fine, prep for your exams.

@duke15478, your curriculum is fine. There is no required number of AP/IB classes. Everyone needs to remember that schools are looking at far more than just grades and classes. Show what makes you unique.
