I read from a poster's reply that colleges can see where applicants applied through the fafsa.

My question is, do they see ALL of the colleges that I applied or do they simply see SIX colleges?

I am applying to more than 10 colleges and if they only see the colleges on one SAR report, rather than all colleges, I'm thinking I should do some adjusting.

Please reply~

They can only see the ones you have on the same report that you have listed it. When you add more colleges, you can delete the ones that have already gotten SAR.

If it makes you feel better, go on ahead and arrange, but if you know the favorable arrangement, do share it with us. Some just put them in random order, alphabetical order, or due date order, or some order that means nothing to anyone such as in order they apps got done. The document goes to financial aid, not to admissions, and admissions is going to be busy enough evaluating your app without having to check on that piece of information which is not meaningful anyways. I have heard of all sorts of strategies in which school to put together, but the only suggestion I have heard that makes sense is to put competing schools on the same FAFSA so that the fin aid officers can see that you are applying to the rival schools. I cannot see how it will make a difference on the admissions end.
