Colleges in Virginia with good Computer Science Departments?

I’m looking for colleges in Virginia that have good Computer Science departments, as the title says.
Does anyone know of any? I’m thinking of colleges other than the flagship Virginia schools.

They can also be out of Virginia, if you think a transfer student could get a scholarship to bring the price down to in-state tuition.

Would you consider Virginia Tech?

I would also look at George Mason University.

I think Virginia Tech may be considered one of the flagship schools. My son is interested in CS and looked at the Virginia schools and came away with George Mason as the best for what he wanted in the CS major. Each school may have a particular strength in the department, so it may help if know an area in CS you want to pursue. A bit ambiguous answer I know! Good luck with the search.
