<p>I would look at the Gourman Report. I know a few of the big ten schools have great programs (UM-Ann Arbor, Indiana, UMN-TC,UIL-UC, etc.). Yale and Stanford have great programs if you looking at reaches.</p>

<p>The first one I thought of was Stanford, but that's an extremely high reach for anyone...
I'm sorry I don't know anymore specific colleges, but since psychology is a very popular major, most colleges are going to have decent programs.</p>

Ditto. You're going about the process backwards. I suggest you figure out what you want in a college (big/small, public/private, rural/urban, cost, location, etc.), draw up a list of colleges that meet these criteria, and THEN examine their psychology programs.</p>
