Hello. Im an international from Vietnam. I have been studying in the US for 2 years. Im a senior now. My scores are not great. My GPA is 3.96/4.0. My SAT score is 1180 for Math and Reading. I take part in some volunteer activities.
Im interested in computer science and looking for 4-year colleges that give out full tuition scholarships or need-based. My family can afford maximum $$8,000 per year. It doesn't matter where the college is.
I really do appreciate someone can give me some suggestions. Thank u :)

There are not many schools that will meet a huge amt of need for internationals. There are 6 need-blind, full-need schools for international students: MIT, Dartmouth, Harvard, Princeton, Yale, and Amherst. Admission to all of these schools is highly competitive.
