Ok, so I'm stuck in the position where my family does not qualify for financial aid, but we cannot pay for it on our own. My parents said $25,000 is the limit they can pay per year for college. I do not want to inundate myself with student loans either. I live in Pennsylvania and hope to go somewhere that doesn't require a plane ride to get there, but there could be exceptions if I get a big award somewhere.

I will be strarting my senior year this September.

My school does GPA on a 100 point scale, so I have a tough time comparing. Mine is a 99.2 weighted.

Junior Year: APUSH and AP World History, Honors English, Physics, Advanced Pre-Calculus, Orchestra, French
Senior Year: AP Lit, AP US Gov, AP Environmental Science, AP French, Honors Calculus, Orchestra

740 US History Subject Test
going to take lit

Sat Reasoning: 760 CR 730 W 590 M
My math score is what is holding me back. I will be taking again in October and hoping for 650. :(

So, to whoever read all this, what colleges would you suggest that might offer me a large merit scholarship? I feel that I could get in somewhere of a higher caliber but would not qualify for aid. Ugh. Suggestions are welcome!!
