Taking Bhuddist Literature, Russian literature, environmental science, french III, precalc, and US2...got A's and A- in all but a B+in french...
founded a philosophy club, interned with director of ethics at my local hospital, started a socratese cafe (philisiophical discussion group) at a retirment home, member of lit mag all 4 years, world affairs club, selected to attend bread loaf writing seminar, selected for gabe zimpritch poetry symposium, 3 model UN awards, volunteer every sunday for 3 hours teaching little kids hebrew, i took Latin I and II while taking french my fresh. and soph, year....took philosophy my freshman year, which sparked my interest in the class...particpate in varsity cross country, basketball, and track...honors for excellence in fresh. history and soph. english and contemporary issues so far...science team+north shore science leauge champ my soph. year...i did science olmypiad tooo....selected to attend youth roatary leadership conference summer of junior year
i just got my sat scores back, and they are 760 for wirting, 660 for cr, and 610 for math. i expect to get cr up to 700 next time i take it, and math up to 660.</p>
<p>oh...this year i am taking the maximum number of classes offered, and plan to do that next year too...i really like writing, reading, history, philosophy...i am an introvert and a thinker (not trying to sound arrogant, i just like to think and observe) thanks!</p>
<p>oh, I switched to a liberal independent school this year that doesn't offer AP'S or honors (my junior year)</p>
