<p>I really hope it’ll be released tomorrow! Those on the SEAS waitlist were notified last Friday (May 6), so hopefully it’ll be a Friday for us too. If this turns out to be correct, it will literally be the best Friday of my life. Now if only Rebecca Black didn’t ruin nearly all the positive things that I associate with Friday with her awful song… ;)</p>

<p>@ GoldOwl: Just out of curiosity, why would you choose Columbia over Penn if you were accepted off the waitlist?</p>
<p>I love both schools but I would most likely choose Columbia b/c of the culture and diversity as well as b/c of all the opportunities that NYC has to offer. Also, I originally wanted to be a statistics major and Penn doesn’t offer that major but Columbia does. Then again, FA could be the deciding factor if I do get off the waitlist.

Though if the waitlist decisions do end up coming out tomorrow, and I find out that I got rejected, I will hate the song “Friday” even more - especially the part where she says “fun” over and over and over because that part was already annoying enough, plus the obvious fact that a rejection and having to pay $50K for Berkeley is NOT fun! Ugh…

<p>Its easy to get into Cal from out of state because you want to pay 50k. Its harder for in-state because we only have to pay 10k tuition</p>

<p>Do they always release waitlist decisions at 5 PM? It seems like many of the SEAS people got emails at around 6 PM EST. Either way, calgirl15 is right…there is no way to be sure that decisions are coming out today:(</p>
