<p>To those who ranked Columbia, does your counselor need to mention that you qualify for a fee waiver on his/her part for the Common Application?</p>

<p>I know that I have to on my part for the Common Application, which I already did, but my counselor does not if she has to complete that part of her recommendation.</p>
