Columbia, Dartmouth and Brown

I'm a prospective political science/psychology major right now that is intending on being a lawyer later. I'm down to my last three choices for early decision: Columbia, Dartmouth, and Brown. I was sort of leaning towards Columbia because my uncle and a bunch of my cousins are there, but now I'm not so sure after hearing all the stories about my friends failing there after 1 year. I've heard similar stories about Dartmouth, but obviously, there is no lure of a huge city there, just drinking and partying. Brown is sort of the middle ground for me; pretty laid back, Providence is a decent city/environment, and the partying there is prominent but not as much as Dartmouth. Where exactly do you think I should go for and why?

hmm, have you visited each to get a feel for each school? Stayed overnight? Remember that everyones experience is different and varies from person to person.

I’d visit. Pick on fit not on 2nd hand info.
