schools (slightly changed):

chances at columbia (college) ed? <absolute dream school. i live in new york and have taken the saturday classes there. i love the campus, the city, the core (good responses from people ive talked to).

thanks so much all

you academics and test scores are very good, if your school is very competitive and you're top 5%, then it says something. the only bad aspect is your ECs are sort of stereotypical and science/academics leaning. ED to the college you have a good chance i think, if only because of your great academics.

Like confidentialcoll said, you are exceptional accademicly. Your EC might hurt you a little though, since they could be stronger. I would have to say deffer. I think you might have a shot if you wrote an outstanding essay(s). In my oppinion your are very exceptional but also borderline, so if you could just tip the scale somehow, you might definitely make it.

does it help that i'm applying towards sciences that my ecs are very science geared?

^yes, sort of, but not really, becuase fu likes rounded multi-faceted kids, the effect of one sidedness is mititgated by you applying to the engineering school.

Good luck =p

lol cyberathletic league, nice

yeah i acutally put that on my app. btw im applyign to the college, not the seas

What division did you play in?

cal-im.
not entirely sure how much that weighs in on a college application..lol

chances?

Lol @ CAL. What game? I CAL-M in 1.6
