Thank you so much! Best of luck to you as well!
Amazing!!!
Congrats!!
It sounds like you are younger but sorry If I am making the wrong assumption! The average age of student attending is close to 30, I believe they stated 28 on their site and my counselor mentioned there are many 30+ year olds that attend. I know someone who attended at the age of 45 and is now a doctor and professor there, which is just so awesome.
However, with all of that aside, this is not a traditional experience so if that is what you are looking for, then I understand why your friends are telling you not to go.
On that note, can you give a little context as to why your friends are telling you to not attend at GS?
Has anyone received the decision update yet?
unfortunately nothing yet, hopefully soon.
Hello,
I see that there is no green sign on ‘Waived’ for Score (ACT, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, DUO, Online General Studies Admissions Exam) on my application portal. I have chosen to not submit any of the test scores.
Shouldn’t the waived have a green tick next to it if tests are optional? I do have a grey tick there until now.
Under the grey mark, you should see “Waived”
So are the decisions for applications completed by March 1 out by May 1 which is at the end of this month??? Nervous!!!
Has anyone heard anything about when decisions are coming out and if they are coming out early?
Very late to the party compared to the rest of y’all - just submitted my app last week. Haven’t thought about going back to school in ten years due to lots of life stuff, jobs, etc. Fingers crossed
When did you submit your application?
Feb 28th
All applicants who submitted their application by 1st March should hear back by 1st May (early action cycle), after this date, it could be by early July as part of regular descision cycle.
Descisions are made on a rolling basis, so these dates are more like an indication, usually 8 weeks after all required materials have been received you should hear back.
According to others, updates on applications are avaible and released on Wednesdays through your application portal.
You still have the possibility to contact the admissions office to find out more about your application status.
Did anyone hear back today?
Right! I just checked and nothing :’(
same! I really thought I would hear back- maybe next week
My LOR disappeared for a bit then reappeared. Not sure what this means, most likely a glitch?
I know some people heard back last week I guess we have to hope for next Wednesday
What does LOR mean?
