Hi,
I am a UCLA business economics undergrad 2018, and would like to know if I retake the pre-req math classes post-undergraduate for a better score, do they give a second consideration on the improvement? (I am sorry to ask these kind of questions on here; the admission office seems to automate the answers when I emailed them, and the speakers just recite the generic answer and refer me back to emailing).
Many Thanks in advance if anyone with a slightest clue. Any thing helps.
I’m sure this varies considerably. Each graduate department will assess this differently. Most grad schools will take into account that undergrads are still maturing, and hence a single low grade won’t be that big of an impact. So taking a course a second time and getting a better grade is viewed favorably.
However none of us here are on the IEOR admissions committee and can know for sure. Best of luck
