<p>I wouldn't say if research is more important to you, choose Princeton. . . because my friends at Columbia are doing research over the summer with professors after as little as a year there. One particular friend really wants to do research, and she got into Harvard, Princeton, MIT, and Columbia and chose Columbia, where she is now a "science scholar" and does research. She ran into the director of admissions at Columbia on a path and she got a hug and was asked how her research is coming.</p>
<p>of course, man, gotta be stupid to say that Columbia isn't an adequate place for research</p>
