<p>Our school uses Naviance to enter forms to update Common App. There seems to be a problem with our Common App data. First we had a couple of schools entered in Naviance, the counselor sent all the information fine to these schools. Then we added a bunch more schools, but this second batch of schools only get the school report (transcript) but they do not get any of the teacher recommendations or mid year report that were there previously. It has been 2-3 weeks already since we submitted the Common App, we asked the counselor and she said that her Naviance is saying that everything is submittted. What can we do here?</p>
