Common App Current Schedule Credit Value???

When the common app says “Please indicate title, level and credit value of all courses you are taking this year,” what do I put for credit value? All my classes are .5 credits a semester. Do I even fill this out or do I something like “AP Biology, .5 credits”?

Also, I’m taking a dual enrollment class at a local college that is worth 2 college credits but .5 high school credits. If I am supposed to say how much it’s worth, which one do I put?
