Common App Essay Topic About a Squirrel?? Does it sound good?

A few years ago i found this baby squirrel under a tree, and i was able to nurse it back to health. ill spare you the whole story, but it is pretty interesting. Anyway, i was going to write about the whole experience and how good it felt to see it go on its own when i released it. Does this sound like a good essay to write about, or is it too strange? I'd like to get people impressions if they were to read such an essay. I plan on applying to some top schools, so i need to nail the topic. Thanks a lot!

Muahhaahahahaha!!!
Thanks for the idea hahahahahhahaha!!! Idiot hahahahaha

LOL Jk. It sounds interesting and definitely unique. Write and see what you can come up with

wow dude you actually scared me there, but our essays would still be different lol. i’ll see what my guidance counselor thinks

Very unique spin on what people usually write about. I say go for it.

Chemistry30—how do you know ilikeUW’s advice is legit? What if she’s trying to screw with you? Maybe it’s a bad topic and she doesn’t want to tell you that. Instead, she’s telling you to write it so that you can fall into the exact trap that uilikeUW wants to put you in. It’s a competitive world out there. Hark my friend hark!!!

My advice is to write your essay and then have someone you trust (teacher, parent, etc.) read it and see what they think. It sounds to me like it has the makings for a very interesting topic.

Wow papapia, do you have anything better to do?

I agree with oregonianmom, write it and see how it turns out. It’s not the topic, it’s how the topic is written to.

^i am just joking around. Why are you so serious? Are you like this in your world beyond a computer screen?

Duh you’re joking around, that’s why I asked if you have anything better to do

And that’s why i asked you why you were being so serious?

well i just finished it, and i’m going to ask my guidance counselor and english teacher what they think. thanks for the input

^You finished the essay already? What the hell?

cool! nice job!
