<p>I am an international student and I am desperately trying to figure out if the common app website can be used by international candidates as well. The website doesn't mention anything about it but then there are some questions or blank spaces an international student can't fill because they are supposed to be only for Americans! Please Please someone help me or I cannot start my application process!</p>

<p>Yes, internationals fill out the same common app. Leave out the fields you can’t fill (e.g. if your school doesn’t calculate GPA, then leave it blank). The common app will send the international report/supplement to your counselor who will fill in the needful so you don’t need to worry about anything.</p>

<p>I’m a Canadian too. How did your teachers submit your recommendation? Did you provide envelops to them or did they submit online to the Common Application website?</p>
