<p>I've submitted previous apps no problem, now I'm trying to submit my Boston University app due Jan 3rd and my common app is shown as incomplete!!! The green checkmark won't show up for two sections. Help!! What should I do? I tried emailing the common app support and an automatic message said they don't reply to messages. The website said to clear a few questions and answer them again, did that and it's still not working. I'm freaking out!!! What should I do?!?!</p>
<p>I am experiencing the same problem, I suppose it is just to wait it out and keep contacting support for solutions. Common App on its school did announce that you could submit on January the 2nd to any school without penalty that had it’s deadline the January 1st. So, just take a deep breath and keep trying! We still have some time. However, if you don’t get any help from the support team within the coming hours, I would definitely start contacting your colleges and making them aware of the situation so you won’t be penalized if the issue is not resolved. </p>
<p>We are not alone in this situation either looking at Commonapp’s facebook page or its tag on twitter you’ll find a multitude of people experiencing the same thing. I strongly suspect that commonapp, therefore, is aware of this issue and working to resolve it. But don’t let that stop you from pestering them about your need for tech support!</p>
