<p>Is there a difference/preference to which an OOS should use?</p>
<p>Binghamton doesn’t specify a preference, but I’d wholeheartedly recommend Common App. In my opinion it’s a nicer, cleaner interface and easier to use. Plus it can be used at a wider range of schools than the SUNY app.</p>
