Common App Recommendation Letter From a Hospital

My daughter has volunteered at a local hospital for the past two summers and this summer shadowed nurses. She asked the head of the program to give her a letter of recommendation.

The head of the program sent email to my daughter on a secure email server that has a password. My daughter has not read the email as she doesn’t want to violate the no FERPA waiver rule.

Do we need to ask the head of the program to upload this to her common application account?

If so what information do we need to give the head of the program so that

  1. She can get into my daughters account
  2. Find the proper place to upload the letter of recommendation.
