<p>Just wondering if there are any geeks who are just as excited that the 2011-2012 CommonApp is almost out. BRING ON THE COLLEGE APPLICATION PROCESS!!!!!!!!!</p>

<p>Maybe not…they could all be busy registering for commonapp (which might end up having even worse consequences…)</p>

<p>I know, me too. I mean, I have a paper copy of the 2011-2012 CommonApp, but that’s pretty much useless (not like I’m going to handwrite my application).</p>
<p>Goldowl: that’s what I meant; the common app server crashed last year when it opened…</p>

<p>The Common Application did not crash last year on launch day, or ever. ???</p>

<p>Yep, I live in the same time zone as the Land of the Rising Sun, and it’s definitely July 31st here. Maybe in a different space-time continuum, though.</p>
<p>Oh well…there’s less than 24 hrs until CommonApp 2011-2012 is going to be released. Just a curious question, are there more spaces on the online version for us to put our ECs/volunteer/jobs and awards? 12 spaces for ECs, volunteer, AND jobs don’t seem adequate and most of us probably need way more than 4 spots to list our awards.</p>
<p>I don’t think so. You can always attach a resume, though.</p>
<p>Yay!! Not much time left before I register! I am so thrilled that UMich joined Common App colleges! One less app to fill! :)</p>
