Common App Signature? Please help!

<p>In checking over the print-preview version of my commonapp, my parents and I saw that by the space for my signature, the date was blank. However, when we went back through the entire application, we saw no area for this signature. Where is it? Does it automatically date the commonapp when you send it?</p>

<p>Please help! I don't want to send in the commonapp without the signature!</p>

<p>It's at the bottom of the last page. It asks you to type your name.</p>

<p>At the bottom of Page 3, there is a section marked "Authorization" with boxes that I am supposed to check. There is no place for me to write my name...though my name appears on the signature, the date doesn't.</p>
