<p>NOooOOoooOOO… Of course not… THAT IS if your teachers and counselors have not filled in the CA online. THEN they will have to post your stuff to each college you apply to.
But if they have filled it online, then no worries… A college has access to these stuff the moment you submit to the concerned college your CA or the supplement.
