My highest sat scores so far for both reading/writing and math is on the october sat. I just took the november sat so I don’t have those scores yet. On the common app where it asks for my highest sat scores, do I put my october scores and submit my application now or wait until my november sat scores comes out to see and put the november sat scores if they’re higher? If I put in my october scores as my highest and then send my application to the colleges, can I still send my november scores if they’re higher? I’m really confused on what to do.
I am in the same exact boat as you are. I think that you are supposed to submit your October scores and wait for your November scores to come in. If you like those scores better, you can send them into your college after the fact (If they allow it). Most colleges have a separate deadline for test scores. Also, I am taking the December SAT because I know that many colleges I am applying to will accept my December score as well. If you think that you may score even higher in December I would it a try.
