Community college courses taken during high school?

<p>If I've taken 3 community college courses during high school but got W's (Withdrawns) on all three of them (for various uncontrollable reasons), is it necessary for me to submit my community college transcript to the schools I'm applying to?</p>

<p>And how would I go about getting my transcripts if I were to have to submit them (I now live in a completely different country to where I took those community college courses)?</p>
