I already went to a years worth of CC, didnt do well because I cut alot, took it like high school. Years later im ready to go back and get on with my life. If possible I would like to bypass CC and go straight to a Uni...Can I just take the SATs again and i do well go to a Uni? Or do I need to start from the beg again and go to CC and work my way up?

With a full year of post-HS college, you will be considered a transfer at any school.

Only issue is i failed a lot of classes and didnt get the credits.

Also, im going for education/teaching…If I go the CC route for 2 years, get 60 credits, would i still have to go a full 4 years to Uni to get my bachelors?

You were registered and took the classes, how you did in them is not a factor. Whenever you apply to a 4 yr college you will need to send transcripts from all of the colleges you attended.

To get your BA, you should be able to take your gen ed and perhaps some major coursework while at CC and then transfer for another 2 yrs at a 4-yr college.

if you’re an adult, your community college credits will be looked at but what you achieved in the meanwhile will matter also. Depending on how many credits you got, you may have to take the SAT, although most adult applicants don’t have to.
You could apply to both a CC and your local public college and see, but the CC for 2 years + 2 years at local university is likely to be cheaper; the exception would be pennsylvania, where 4 years at a PASSHE are likely to cost you less than 2+2 for Penn State.

Well if you want to save money and throw out the SAT out of the equation go for 64 credits in your CC.
