Community college to private liberal arts/Ivy League?

I've got about two weeks left in my first year at community college. I'm in the process of signing up for classes for this coming fall, and I will be graduating in the spring of 2015, transferring in the fall of 2015.
What advice do you have for me? My sights are set on private liberals schools, as well as Brown University. I will be majoring in English and Spanish, with a possible minor in either Japanese or Russian. I am planning on taking the SAT and retaking the ACT and AP tests over the summer.
What advice can you give me, as far as taking classes, GPA, extracurriculars, what to with my summer, etc. goes?

There’s no reason to take AP exams when you have a 2 yr college record. AP exams are for HS students taking AP (college level) courses, you are by definition taking college classes.

And as a jr transfer, SAT/ACT scores will not be required by all schools, and will be given less weight than your college record.

As a transfer from a CC, you need a full list of academic and financial safety, match and reach schools since most of the highly selective colleges have very low transfer rates. If you will be applying for need based FA, it’s important to know that B has need aware admissions and limited FA for transfers.
