<p>I have been wanting to take classes at a local community college, but those here in NYC are not very friendly or easy to deal with. However, I do want to show evidence that I took advantage of available opportunities, etc. If I manage to be able to take a cc class for this semester, will I receive any report cards or grades before April, i.e. in time for me to send the admissions offices an "update" on what I've been doing?</p>
<p>You very probably won’t have anything official. But you could still write them a note and tell them what you’re up to, and if you really want to provide some evidence, you could print out your current class schedule from the CC’s web site.</p>
