Hi I’m a junior in high school and I’m in the process of finding which college is right for me. I currently live in Brooklyn and definitely know I’m commuting (there are financial, medical, and personal reasons behind this). Barnard is starting to become one of my top choices along with NYU. However, I am a bit iffy about being at a commuter at a school with such a large residential population. Does anyone have advice on being a commuter at Barnard? If you are or know a commuter and could tell me some specifics that would be great! Also a comparison between Barnard and NYU for commuters would be very helpful. Thank you!
