Competitiveness of sports management programs? Specifically SUNY Cortland

I am a second semester senior at NYU studying communications. I want to apply to master's degree programs for this spring, but I have no idea where I stand in terms of competitiveness. There aren't a lot of options for schools that accept spring applications. My top choice right now is SUNY Cortland (I heard they have a respectable program). If anyone has any other suggestions, I would be extremely grateful.

I have a fairly low GPA right now 2.93 because I got a D in computer programming last spring. The rest of my grades are all A's and B's, except for one C. I will have straight A's this semester, but obviously they won't be considered since the deadline is December 1st. I transferred, so they don't consider my GPA from my first two years, which was 3.78. I also haven't taken the GRE yet, scheduled to take it in a couple weeks.

I have a lot of experience in athletics:
-Competitive figure skater for 11 years
-Marathon runner
-US Track and Field Coaching Certification
-Volunteer at local middle school coaching running
-Intern at sports marketing company
-Athlete on the NYU Figure Skating Team
-Experience coaching high school cross country

I want to get a GA position in the track and field department or athletics communications (I also have intern experience working at a NYC PR agency for Skype).

Can anyone give me advice on programs to look at that might fit with my stats? Or Does anyone know if I have a good chance at SUNY Cortland?
