<p>I am interested in double majoring in Computer Science and Neuroscience in college, and then entering a PhD program. What colleges have the best CS and neuroscience programs, and also have a good opportunity for undergrad research? Is it harder to get into a phd program for neuroscience if you major in cognitive science? Would an LAC or a big university be better?

<p>Look at Brown. Strong CS dept, Institute for Brain Sciences headed by Nobel prize winner Leon Cooper, strong in interdisciplinary studies and departmental cooperation, undergraduate research opportunities abound.</p>
