Hi! I know this is an old thread, and you might have already finished your internship, but for those who are having the same questions, you might be interest 
There is this org/company called Diversity Abroad that offers Study abroad, Internship abroad, Teach abroad and Volunteer abroad. The send people abroad to learn and maybe see their dreams. Here is a link for you tocheck out: http://www.diversityabroad.com
