I have seen numerous posts about individuals who have come from international countries with little English abilities, and scoring 750+ on CR and math after a few years in the U.S. MY CONCLUSION: the SAT is COMPLETELY coachable

Right. This is news how? Lol im jk, but seriously everyone knows its coachable. If it wasnt then scores would not improve by hundreds of points for students who put in the time.

I agree. After doing a lot of practice, you can get a sense of the types of questions the test has... and there are plenty of strategies to tackle each types of questions.

yup yup...but still, substantial readings help you more than just doing well on SAT though...it prepares you for the future readings in college, which could be very demanding(considering after the "coaching" process you got a high enough score to get into competitive colleges)

By 'international countries' I assume you mean all countries except US? :D

Not that big a deal - all you have to do is find the answer in the passage - native English speakers don't have a chance to exhibit their flair for the language.
