<p>Is the conditional admission option really as exclusive as they say? Mine said I had to complete a year somewhere else and also is admission reconsideration considered?</p>
<p>Conditional admission is an option reserved for students who had a strong application but maybe were below profile in one or two areas. It is designed to give students interested in SMU a clear path to get there. It is not offered to everyone and it is not offered to any students that the University believes cannot, in the near future, be successful at SMU. </p>
