Sup.

Spring admit for Berkeley here.

I basically asked my admissions officer if I could take some classes during summer/fall, so I can get more prereqs for different majors since I'm considering double majoring.

Admissions officer said it was fine and updated my conditions of admissions and added the fall/summer classes I wanted to take. The original conditions of admissions only had this semester's classes and nothing else, but now it's updated.

So I was just wondering if I drop out on my summer semester or fall semester class, can my admissions possibly be rescinded?

Edit:// Can't edit the title, lame.

Most likely not. You already satisfied your initial transfer conditions, so I don’t see why they would rescind you for dropping the summer or fall classes unless you fail them. To my knowledge, as long as you meet the transfer pre-reqs and the 60 semester units, then you are fine.

I would definitely tell them as soon as your plans change though since you are technically required to uphold your conditions. Don’t slack off either :)

Haha yeah. I got hit pretty badly this semester, because I got lazy. Borderline b’s/a’s in all my classes, might drop my GPA quite a bit if I get a 3.0 this sem. Thanks for the advice also, trying to keep it up especially since I’m nearly in Cal now.
