<p>Hi, does anyone know how long it will take to receive the confirmation email?
I submitted ED on oct 24 and it shows they downloaded on oct 25. but i haven't received any email from Upen. is it normal?</p>
<p>How do you see if they downloaded it? I sent my ED on the 25th and have yet to hear from them as well. I was also surprised when the online applicant portal said that tracking is not available until late october…but it is still not up!</p>
<p>check the assign recommendation, they are changed from submitted to downloaded.</p>
