<p>Does anyone know if we have to confirm a merit scholarship (awarded through the university, not a department) through some form? Or does it automatically show up once we confirm enrollment with the school?</p>
<p>It is automatic once you confirm enrollment. After you've confirmed, you can log into the financial aid website using the University ID you create for email and you will see the merit award in your financial aid account (whether or not you've applied for need-based aid).</p>
<p>How long does it take to show up after you confirm?</p>
<p>A long time. Mine didn't show up until after tuition was charged, which was in mid-July.</p>
<p>My S's is already visible so it was only a week or so.</p>
<p>Oh wait, I was talking about the student account, which lists charges and credits.</p>
